Show in a Box is our flagship service for GCCF cat clubs. We take care of every piece of admin involved in running a cat show, from the moment entries open right through to show day and beyond. Your committee gets to focus on the event itself while we handle all the paperwork.

What’s Included

Online entry processing and payment collection. Exhibitor communications and confirmations. Complete show documentation — catalogues, pen labels, tally sheets, judge’s books, award cards, and all other paperwork required for a GCCF show. Vetting-in lists and check-in sheets. Post-show results processing.

How It Works

Your club provides the show details — date, venue, judges, classes, and entry fees. We set up the show on our system, open entries, and manage the entire process. You receive regular updates and all completed paperwork is delivered ready for show day. It really is that simple.
